POLSECURE 2026: Where security meets technology
From April 21 to 23, 2026, the 4th edition of the POLSECURE International Fair will take place at Targi Kielce, Kielce, Poland – an event that brings together uniformed services, public administration, and the security industry in the form of exhibitions, conferences, and technology demonstrations.

Modern equipment, technologies, and up-to-date conference topics – all dedicated to broadly understood public security – have firmly established the Kielce fair in the calendar of uniformed services. POLSECURE, organised in co-operation with the Polish National Police Headquarters, has been granted Honorary Patronage by the Minister of Internal Affairs and Administration.
POLSECURE will be an excellent opportunity to explore the offerings of companies specialising in the production of special equipment, personal protective gear, rescue equipment, communication, command, and control software, as well as to exchange experiences and discuss the real needs of uniformed services.

The fair is targeted at services responsible for public security, including the Police, Border Guard, State Fire Service, State Protection Service, Prison Service, Railway Protection Service, Road Transport Inspection, special services, and Territorial Defence Forces (WOT). Rescue organisations, such as Polish Mountain Rescue (GOPR), Tatra Volunteer Search and Rescue (TOPR), Voluntary Water Rescue Service (WOTR), and WOT, may also be interested in the offerings. Representatives of the Government Security Centre (RCB) also actively participate in preparing the exhibition.

In POLSECURE 2026, the Government Strategic Reserves Agency will organise the Population Protection and Strategic Reserves Salon (STRATEXPO) during the fair. Dedicating a space to the STRATEXPO Salon enhances the fair’s importance and expands its thematic scope to include areas crucial for national resilience and crisis preparedness.
Since the first edition, the event has been held in co-operation with the Polish National Police Headquarters, which actively contributes to the substantive programme of the fair. In 2026, this collaboration will be further strengthened by a nationwide conference: ‘Together for a Safe Future – The Role of the Police in a Changing World.’

The conference will serve as a platform for expert debate on modern technological solutions supporting uniformed services, responses to new types of threats, and the development directions of the public security system.
